Please note that during new collection launches, shipping times may extend due to high order volumes. However, rest assured, our team is dedicated to dispatching all orders with speed and care.

Shipping via PostNL (Benelux)

All orders within the Benelux region are shipped via PostNL. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Orders outside the Benelux region may be shipped using a different logistics provider.

Once your order is confirmed, the shipping details are swiftly processed and transferred to our carrier, ensuring prompt delivery. Regrettably, we are unable to modify the shipping address once this process has begun. However, you will receive an email containing your Track & Trace code, enabling you to monitor your package’s journey. Please be advised that tracking information may take up to the next working day to become available after the carrier has processed your order
