RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

OUR 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your shopping experience is as straightforward and satisfactory as possible. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If you choose to return your item using a different method, Destaniya will not be responsible for delivery. We will not be liable for any losses incurred during shipping.

Please note that items returned without fulfilling these conditions or without initiating a return request will not be accepted.


EXCHANGES:

For expedited assistance, we recommend initiating the exchange process by contacting us via email – info@destaniya.com – to arrange your return. Please note that exchanges are only possible if the size does not fit, and this service is guaranteed by us. Once approved, follow our standard return procedure to send back the item. In the meantime, feel free to place a new order for the desired item. This streamlined approach ensures a swift and efficient exchange process, guaranteeing you receive the items you desire without delay. RETURNS FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES
Items purchased in our physical stores cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or non-conforming under statutory warranty.  


REFUNDS: Ensuring your peace of mind, our promise to you

Once we’ve received and carefully reviewed your return, we’ll promptly inform you if your refund has been approved. If it has, you can expect your funds to be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be patient, as sometimes banks or credit card companies may take a bit longer to process refunds.

We endeavor to process returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days and will promptly notify you once the process is complete. Refunds may take up to 10 calendar days to be credited to your account, contingent on your bank or card issuer.
