Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are processed daily. The cut-off time for same-day shipping is 22:00.

Netherlands

Orders placed before 22:00 on weekdays are delivered the next day. Orders placed before 22:00 on Saturday or Sunday are delivered on Monday. Delivery takes place Monday to Saturday.

Belgium

Orders placed before 22:00 from Monday to Thursday are delivered the next day. Orders placed before 22:00 from Friday to Sunday are delivered on Tuesday. Delivery takes place Tuesday to Friday.

Rest of Europe

Orders placed before 22:00 are shipped the same day. Delivery takes between 1 and 5 working days, depending on destination.

Tracking

Every order is sent with full tracking. A confirmation email with your tracking link is sent the moment your order leaves us.

Delays

Delivery times are provided by our carriers and apply under normal conditions. During public holidays, sale periods, or in the event of weather disruption, delivery may take longer. You will be informed if your order is affected.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders that fail to arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If your order is returned to us for this reason, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

Failed delivery

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will follow their standard procedure. This is typically a second attempt or delivery to a nearby pickup point. Details will be available in your tracking link.
