Premium Modal Long-Scarf

Premium Fabric™ is 96% modal and 4% elastane, built on the same wood pulp fibre as Signature Fabric™ with a small amount of stretch woven through.

The elastane is what gives it memory. The fabric holds the shape you give it through the day and returns to it after every wash, without thinning, pilling, or losing its finish. The surface is smoother than Signature, with a subtle sheen that catches the light differently depending on how it falls.

It carries the same properties as the modal beneath it. Smoother than cotton, finer than jersey, moves over the hair without friction. Absorbs significantly more moisture than cotton, drawing it away from the skin instead of holding it there. Cool in warmth, warm in cold.

We chose it for what it isn't, too. Most hijabs are made from polyester or polyester blends. Polyester is a plastic fibre. It doesn't absorb moisture. It traps it. It builds heat against the skin, holds static against the hair, and breaks down into microplastics with every wash. It's the cheapest fibre to produce, which is why the category defaults to it.

Premium Fabric™ sits on the other side of that decision. It costs more to source, and it asks more of the woman who chooses it. That's the trade we built the brand around.
